Grass Roots Discotheque Present: SubVersion 1.0
A brand new night dedicated to bringing the best in bass-heavy dance music to Hebden Bridge.
With an emphasis on the innovative, energetic and raw junglistic side of the drums and the bass, SubVersion was born from a desire to fill an obvious gap in the area’s dance scene. The Trades’ system will be enhanced for the night with stupid amounts of bass from Grass Roots Discotheque’s high spec stacked up rig.
SubCulture will ease you in with some chest-pumping dub, before Babel’s unconventional take on the darker corners of the aural spectrum. Special guest Lost Property (from Manchester’s Herbal Sessions & Stumblefunk) will then turn it right up with the filthiest jungle sounds. Visuals all night from the Black Moose crew.
