The Alma is roughly 150 years old and visitors are treated to real open fires, exposed stone walls, stone-flagged floors, exposed pine beams, fine-dining, Italian restaurant and a traditional Yorkshire warm welcome.

As well as being a fine food and drink establishment, we also have 5-luxurious en-suite bedrooms available for bed and breakfast and corporate hotel styled accommodation. Each is individually designed and furnished to an extremely high standard, three of which have some of the best views you could ever wish to wake up to.
